Admission Guidelines Procedures

• FOR GRADES PRE NURSERY
  • Admission through ORAL INTERACTION with the child and parents.
  • Interaction with the child will be based on general awareness, basic skills and confidencelevel.

Child should have completed 2 years (of age) by 31st March, 2026]

• For Grade Nursery
  • Admission through ORAL INTERACTION with the child and parents.
  • Oral Interaction : 25 marks (based on basic Numeracy & Literacy skills and General Awareness.

Child should have completed 3 years (of age) by 31st March, 2026

NOTE: The school gives priority for admission on criteria like distance, sibling, alumni (from other branch).

• For Grade Jr. Prep.
  • Written Test: 25 marks of 30 minutes (based on basic Numeracy & Literacy Skills).
  • Oral Interaction: 25 marks (based on basic Numeracy & Literacy Skills and General Awareness)
  • Interaction of the parents with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation.

Child should have completed 4 years (of age) by 31stMarch, 2026

• For Grade Sr. Prep
  • Written Test: 25 marks of 30 minutes (based on basic Numeracy & Literacy Skills).
  • Oral Interaction: 25 marks (based on basic Numeracy & Literacy Skills and General Awareness).
  • Interaction of the parents with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation

Child should have completed 5 years (of age) by 31stMarch, 2026

• For Grade I-V
  • Written Test: 40 marks of 40 minutes (based on grade level Numeracy, Literacy Skills General Aptitude).
  • Oral Interaction: 10 marks (based on General Awareness).
  • Interaction of the parents with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation.

For Grade-I Child should have completed 6 years (of age) by 31stMarch, 2026

• For Grade VI-IX
  • Written Test: 40 marks of 40 minutes (English, Mathematics & General Knowledge).
  • Verbal Interaction: 10 marks.
  • Interaction of the parents with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation.

For Grade-VI Child should have completed 11 years (of age) by 31st March, 2026

• For Grade XI Science
  • Written Test: 40 marks of 40 minutes (Science & Mathematics).
  • On the basis of Board Result performance/Verbal Interaction: 10 marks.
  • Interaction of the parents and student with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation.

For Grade-I Child should have completed 6 years (of age) by 31stMarch, 2026

• For Grade XI Commerce
  • Written Test: 40 marks of 40 minutes (English& Mathematics).
  • On the basis of Board Result performance/Verbal Interaction: 10 marks.
  • Interaction of the parents and student with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation
• For Grade XI Humanities
  • Written Test: 40 marks of 40 minutes (Science & Mathematics).
  • On the basis of Board Result performance/Verbal Interaction: 10 marks.
  • Interaction of the parents and student with the Principal is mandatory to know their Academic Qualification and Occupation.

Admission in Grade XI will be confirmed after the declaration of Grade X Board result

PARAMETERS OF ADMISSION

  • Proximity of Child's home to School
  • Health status of the child
  • Age of the child
  • Parent's Academic Qualifications and Occupation
  • Sibling Details
  • Expectations of the parents from school and vice versa
  • Readiness / acceptance of the parents for the School rules
  • Presence of both the parents at the time of admission

Notification:

  • Registration Opening Date: 12th November 2025
  • Syllabus for the Entrance Test is available at the School Front Office.
  • Entrance Test will be conducted post registration.
  • Admissions can be refused if the above mentioned parameters are not fulfilled or if the desired number of seats are filled.
